Fat Ass Ranch & Winery is based in Fredericksburg, Texas, with three tasting rooms. We have a winery on Highway 290 Wine Corridor, a brewery across the vineyard from our winery, and a main tasting room in the historic downtown district.

Our Texas winery emphasizes fun over formality. Our relaxed, fun-loving, and welcoming atmosphere sets us apart from other wineries. We are the most visited winery in Fredericksburg, TX, for bachelorette parties and bus drop-offs because of our rustic bar area, old metal truck decorations, and frozen wine cocktails.

We also have a food truck, horseshoe pits, and live music with a large area for dancing. There are many photo ops with backdrops of the Texas Hill Country and a supply of fun wine souvenirs.

Our selection of wine includes many sweet and fruity wines featuring strawberry, raspberry, peach, and watermelon flavors.
